How is cold plasma treatment done?

The treatment itself is very simple and can be practiced without expertise.

There are minor differences depending on the device type.

If you are performing the treatment with the Plasma Akku Mobil device, first charge the device in the charging station. Then place one of the attachments (spacer) on the device and switch on the device. Then place the attachment lightly on the area to be treated and start the 60 second run. The device shuts off by itself. If necessary, you can restart the treatment. After the treatment, remove the spacer and clean it only slightly damp with a disinfectant wipe.

If you are using the PlasVet® (formerly PlasmaVet®) device, you will need a power connection and, if necessary, an extension cable. After you have connected the device accordingly, insert the spacer into the handpiece and switch on the device. The device starts by pressing a button, but the cold plasma is only generated when it comes into contact with the skin. To do this, place the attachment lightly on the area to be treated, the unit shuts off after 90 seconds. You can start this treatment again. For each new treatment use a new spacer.
